Recruiter Terms of Use for Bunjee.ai

Effective Date: 05.05.2025

Welcome to Bunjee.ai, a platform designed to assist recruiters and hiring professionals with AI-powered tools for recruitment, talent evaluation, talent development, upskilling, and reskilling. By using Bunjee.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Who Can Use Bunjee.ai

To access and use Bunjee.ai, you must:

  • Be a recruiter, hiring manager, or HR professional actively engaged in talent evaluation or development.

  • Represent a legitimate company or organization.

  • Use your company email and create an account in good faith.

Bunjee.ai is not intended for use by individuals outside the context of recruitment or HR. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe misuse or misrepresentation is occurring.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform is to be used exclusively for lawful, HR-related purposes, including:

  • Creating job descriptions

  • Publishing job listings

  • Collecting and evaluating candidate applications

  • Conducting structured interviews

  • Managing hiring or upskilling pipelines

You agree not to use the Platform for any unrelated or unlawful activity, including—but not limited to—impersonating companies, misrepresenting roles, or collecting data for purposes outside the scope of recruitment.

3. User Responsibility & Truthful Representation

As a user, you are responsible for:

  • Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information in job postings and your company profile

  • Ensuring the branding (e.g., company name, logo) used in public job posts accurately reflects your organization

  • Acting professionally and ethically when reviewing candidates, including making decisions free of discrimination or bias

  • Reviewing AI-generated assessments with critical oversight—final decisions must be made by a human recruiter

You acknowledge that Bunjee.ai provides insights and assessments based on your input and does not make final hiring decisions.

4. Public Job Listings

Job descriptions created on Bunjee.ai may become publicly accessible via a shareable link. These listings will:

  • Display company name, job title, description, and logo

  • Allow job seekers to apply and submit CVs

It is your responsibility to ensure all content published through your account reflects your organization's actual hiring needs and does not mislead candidates.

5. AI Recommendations and User Discretion

Bunjee.ai uses AI to evaluate CVs and conduct candidate interviews. While our AI tools provide:

  • Candidate scores

  • Evaluation summaries

  • Suggested shortlists

...the Platform does not make final hiring decisions. You agree to treat Bunjee.ai’s outputs as guidance and take full accountability for all final candidate selections and communications.

6. Ownership & Confidentiality

  • All job descriptions, recruiter inputs, and evaluation settings belong to the user’s organization.

  • Candidate data submitted through public job links or uploaded CVs remains confidential and is used only to assess applicants for the corresponding job post.

  • Users must not export or reuse candidate data outside of Bunjee.ai for unrelated roles unless the candidate explicitly consents.

7. Termination

Bunjee.ai may terminate or suspend your access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You misrepresent your identity or organization

  • You misuse AI tools or data

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bunjee.ai. Account termination does not waive any rights or obligations incurred before the date of termination.

8. Disclaimers

Bunjee.ai is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and transparency, we cannot guarantee the completeness or effectiveness of AI-generated insights. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify you via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of Bunjee.ai after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
